KMML KERALA MINERALS AND METALS LTD IS INVITING APPLICATIONS FROM THE ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF ET ETS EXECUTIVE TRAINEES POSTS AND THE DETAILS ARE AS GIVEN BELOW
NAME OF THE POST -  VACANCY  - QUALIFICATIONS DETAILS :

1. Executive Trainee (Chemical) :  11 POSTS - 1st class Degree in Chemical Engg.
2. Executive Trainee (Mechanical) : 4 POSTS - 1st class Degree in Mechanical Engg
3. Executive Trainee (Electrical) : 5 POSTS - 1st class Degree in Electrical Engg.
4. Executive Trainee (Instrumentation) : 2 POSTS - 1st class Degree in Instrumentation or Electronics  Engg.
5. Executive Trainee (Civil) 2 1stclass Degree in Civil Engg.
6. Executive Trainee (Personnel) : 2 POSTS - MSW with Personnel Management or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management (Regular full time course only)
7. Executive Trainee (Accounts) : 2 POSTS - Should be qualified Chartered Accountants or Cost Accountants. Candidates having exposure to computerized accounting system will be given preference.

SALARY AND PAY DETAILS : Stipend during training period :- From Sl.No.1 to 6 Rs.12,000/-per month in the first year and  Rs.14,000/- per month in the second year For Sl.No.7 :-Rs.12,000/- per month . On satisfactory completion of training the Executive trainees will be considered for appointment to the posts of Process Engineer/Plant Engineer/ Personnel Officer/ Accounts Officer as the case may be, on an initial basic pay of Rs. 25475/- per mensum in the scale of pay of Rs.25475- 56920 (Provisional) plus DA and other allowances. In such cases they will have to execute an agreement to serve the company for a minimum period of 3 year after completion of training.
AGE LIMIT : Candidates maximum age must be 28 years as on1 JANUARY 2012
