SALARY AND PAY : Pay band of Rs.5200-20200 +  GP 1800 plus allowances as admissible to Central Govt. employees
AGE LIMIT : Above 18 years but not exceeding 32 years as on last date of receipt of application.  The Crucial date for determining age limit shall be the last date of receipt of application.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : 

1. FOR POSTS 1 TO18 :  Passed Matriculation or equivalent examination.Must possess NCTVT Certificate in the relevant  Trade, failing which ITI pass or equivalent Diploma/certificate holder in the relevant Trade.
2. FOR POST NO-19 : Passed Matriculation or equivalent examination.AND Must possess NCVT Certificate in  the  Trade  of  Attendant Operator  (Chemical Plant), Instrument  Mechanic (Chemical Plant), Mechanical Maintenance (Chemical Plant), Laboratory  Assistant (Chemical Plant) failing which ITI pass in the following trades – Fitter Gen. Mech.Machinist,  Electrician, Welder, Turner, Fitter Auto, Electroplater, Boiler Attendant, Millwright, Painter, Carpenter, Grinder, Sheet Metal Worker,  Mason, Blacksmith,  Fitter Boiler, Fitter Instrument, Miller, Compositor, Fitter Auto Ele., Fitter Electric, Fitter Pipe  or equivalent Diploma/Certificate holder in the relevant trade.Desirable:- 2 (Two) years working experience in Ammunition/Explosive Factory
3. FOR POST NO-20 : Passed Matriculation or equivalent examination.AND   Must possess NCVT Certificate  in the Trade of Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant), Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant), Mechanical Maintenance (Chemical Plant), Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant)  failing which ITI pass or equivalent Diploma/certificate holder in the relevant Trade.Desirable:- 2 (Two) years working experience in Ammunition/Explosive Factory.

SELECTION PROCESS : Candidates would be selected through written exam and trade test

APPLICATION FEE : Rs.50(Fifty) through crossed Indian Postal Order (IPO) or Crossed Bank Demand Draft (from Nationalized bank) drawn in favor of General Manger ,Ordnance Factory Chanda(MS)-442501, payable at O.F.Chanda branch Bhadrawati. Application fee should be submitted along with application form. However, No fee will be  charged from  SC/ST/PHP/EX-Serviceman candidates.  The postal order should  be issued  on or after  the  date of publication of advertisement in Newspaper. The application fee is non-refundable.
